Technical maintenance involves activities and works required to physically preserve the structures (buildings and civil engineering works) on the plot ensuring that the conditions of technical systems in their entirety and in individual structure’s and building’s conform to the required conditions using the means provided by the owner. Technical maintenance includes public objects’ and systems’ (water, heating, gas, electricity) maintenance works, control and supervision. We also provide emergency dispatch services.
